At RNTMPL Pvt. Ltd. ("RNTMPL", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to maintain a fair and transparent registration process. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
Registration Fees
• All registration fees paid for tournaments, trials, events, or other services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where specifically approved by RNTMPL or required under applicable law.
• Once a registration has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the registration cannot be cancelled by the participant for a refund.
Participant Cancellation
• If a participant chooses not to attend a trial, tournament, or event after completing registration, no refund or credit will be provided.
• Failure to attend an event due to personal reasons, travel issues, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances will not make the participant eligible for a refund.
Duplicate or Excess Payments
• In the event of a duplicate payment or an accidental excess payment for the same registration, the participant must notify RNTMPL with valid proof of payment.
• After verification, the excess amount may be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Event Cancellation by RNTMPL
• If RNTMPL cancels an event before it begins for reasons solely attributable to the organization, RNTMPL may, at its sole discretion:
Issue a full or partial refund, or
Allow the registration to be transferred to a future event.
Event Rescheduling
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government directives, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, registrations will remain valid for the revised schedule.
• Refunds will generally not be provided solely because an event has been rescheduled.
Payment Gateway Charges
• Payment gateway fees, bank charges, convenience fees, or applicable taxes may be non-refundable where deducted by third-party service providers.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institutions.
Fraudulent Transactions
• RNTMPL reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraudulent registrations, false information, policy violations, misuse of the platform, or any suspicious payment activity.

• RNTMPL reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on the official website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
